I entered this look on American Apparel's Instagram contest, so hopefully I can win a gift card 'cause their prices are freaking crazy! I really love their circle skirts, and the one I'm wearing is my favorite denim skirt in my closet. I usually wear a lot of dark wash denim, so I think the light wash is fresh and perfect for the spring. The top is something I found in my mom's closet, but it was a bit big on me so I tied the bottom, and now it is a crop top! The silver laces on my Sperry's go well with the Peter-Pan collar necklace.

I haven't updated this blog in what seems to be like forever and I AM SO SORRY. D: I didn't realize how busy I would be these past two weeks. Hopefully I can make up for it. It is getting really warm here, which means I can finally wear all of my shorts and skirts (skirts are my favorite though x). Pleather skirts are nothing new, but I think the spikes on the waistline make them a bit more unique. I dressed the look down with a simple t-shirt, which also brought color to the outfit. On to my favorite part, my platform sneakers! I actually got these a while ago, but I guess they haven't been featured yet in one of my posts so they needed some love. I went with gold tone accessories, so they could cohere with the spikes.

I'm so sad spring break is over. I still want to sleep, lol. I am in love with these leggings I scored at H&M for $7! My hologram shoes really compliment them. I wore a green blazer to bring out the green in the leggings, and I don't know why, but I'm really liking the color green this season! The striped cuffs are a nice touch to the blazer. I wore the lace top as a layering piece, so that you could see it peeking out from under the blazer.
